SERVICES
Simplified Running Coaching Services is focused on assisting runners accomplish their goals - be it to run their first 5K or 10K, perhaps their first half or full marathon, or to improve their existing times or appreciation of the sport of running. Included in the programs are the setting of goals and development of detailed training plans, weekly reviews and plan adjustments, as well as ongoing education on various topics affecting your running performance. Throughout the programs, all concepts, approaches, and principles utilized are fully explained in order to maximize your learning and "simplify" the running experience for you. The running community is great and most runners are willing to help others. What differentiates Simplified Running from other services is the fact that I am working with you, every step of the way, providing consistent and ongoing advice with your goals in mind.

MARATHON and HALF MARATHON TRAINING
Customized 18 week program including reviewing past experience, establishing realistic goals, developing a detailed plan, conducting weekly reviews (via Zoom meetings, phone calls, txt messages, and/or email) and modifying the plan as you progress as necessary. Your program will be customized and can range from simply finishing in your first attempt to pursuing a Boston Qualifying time or a new PR.

5K and 10K TRAINING
Customized 10 week program including reviewing past experience, establishing realistic goals, developing a detailed plan, conducting weekly reviews (via Zoom meetings, phone calls, txt messages and/or emails) and modifying the plan as you progress as necessary. Your program will be customized and can range from being a "Couch to 5K" plan or a plan for an experienced runner striving to set a new PR.

GROUP TRAINING
If you have friends of similar running ability, all training for the same race and starting from the same basic fitness level, and they are a first time client of Simplified Running, a 20% discount will be given to each member of the group.

ONE on ONE "In Person" TRAINING
If you are in the local Greater Springfield, MA area, 30-60 minute "in person" sessions are available for the purpose of analyzing form and/or coaching specific workouts.

HIGH SCHOOL GUIDANCE
If you are a high school student looking for advice or guidance, please contact me. I do not charge high school students for my help!! It is one of the small ways I try to give back to the community. I want to advance the sport, encourage participation and help students start off on the right foot.
