DIET & NUTRITIONAL ADVICE
Quite honestly, when I was competitive I had a horrible diet. It was pretty simple - CARBS!!! I don't have many regrets in life but I do wonder if I had spent a little more time on a better diet how much better might I have been. I can help you out with fueling for your training and for running a marathon but I am not qualified to give true nutritional advice. Neither are 90% of those promoting themselves out there!
